HOW WE ARE BUILT
Hisham leads strategy and delivery. Your scope names the work, capacity, reviews, and decisions he owns. Fractional support joins for defined responsibilities, with one principal accountable for the engagement.
Deep production software and security work brings in qualified specialists. Engineering, communications, and project support are agreed as needed, with availability and responsibility confirmed before engagement.
PLANNED NURSING COLLABORATION
Nancy Iriarte-Ali Bob, MSN, RN, PHN brings five years of pediatric medical-surgical bedside experience and current clinical nurse-line work. A UCSF Clinical Nurse II and master’s-prepared Clinical Nurse Leader, her background spans 17 pediatric subspecialties, family education, safety coaching, and Epic/APEX.
The planned RN contribution is content review and organizational advice, subject to engagement confirmation. No patient care, triage, individual medical advice, or patient-record access. Clients retain clinical oversight and final approval. Nancy’s UCSF employment is separate from PSG.
THE WORKING STANDARD
Numbers reconcile. Claims have a source. Responsibilities are written down.
The proposal, budget, system, and next reporting period belong in the same conversation.
Your board, staff, partners, and technical team should understand the decision.
You know who owns the deliverable, when it is due, and what remains unresolved.
