THREE WAYS TO BEGIN

- A focused review. Review the agreement, budget, work plan and reporting process. You receive a prioritized action list, named owners and a proposed scope.
- A practical build. Put the agreed tools in place: budget schedules, a deadline register, partner handoffs, reporting templates or a maintainable dashboard. Walk staff through the process.
- Ongoing capacity. Maintain a monthly deliverable queue, review upcoming obligations and resolve exceptions with the people authorized to decide.
Cohort work can combine a shared workshop with individual office hours. Each organization keeps its own records and decisions.
