Local governments
From an award to accountable delivery.

  3. 03

A board order needs an MOU and legal review before year-end.

  4. 04

Staff need an intake or reporting tool that fits your IT process.

Praxis Strategy Group Inc. can provide a W-9 and $1 million general liability insurance information for vendor review. We agree required registrations, endorsements, and contract terms before accepting an award. Procurement, sole-source eligibility, and subcontracting follow your agency’s rules.

Questions we are usually asked

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions you
may be weighing.

Can you meet our procurement requirements?

We review the solicitation or vendor checklist before proposing. Praxis can provide its W-9 and general liability insurance information. Required registrations, endorsements, pricing format, and contract terms must be resolved before award.

Can we use a sole-source contract?

Only if your agency’s rules and the circumstances permit it. We can provide a defined scope, qualifications, and a cost proposal. Your procurement and legal teams determine the appropriate competitive or noncompetitive route.

Will you work as a subcontractor?

Yes, subject to agreement with the prime contractor on responsibilities, confidentiality, records, deliverables, and payment terms. We check applicable flow-down requirements before accepting the scope.

Does Praxis have a SAM.gov UEI?

Praxis does not currently have an active SAM.gov registration. We review whether an entity ID or active registration is required for the specific award and resolve that requirement before contracting.

Can the engagement be remote?

Most drafting, reporting, finance coordination, and systems work can be remote. We agree meeting hours, secure access, and any necessary on-site sessions or travel in the scope.

Who approves government agreements?

Your authorized officials, procurement staff, and counsel. Praxis prepares drafts, exhibits, workplans, and supporting materials and tracks the review process. We do not provide a legal opinion.
