WHO WE SERVE

Nonprofits & foundations
Resources that become lasting capacity.

Connect the resources your mission needs with the records and systems behind delivery. Add defined capacity across development, finance, and operations.

WHAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH

Does this sound
familiar?

  1. 01

Renewals are due while your team is still closing the last report.

  2. 02

Reimbursement delays make the cash picture difficult to explain.

  3. 03

Your board wants a finance packet that reconciles to the program plan.

  4. 04

Staff need more development or systems capacity than the current budget can hire.

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU

Capacity shaped
around your context.

01

04

Systems your team can run

Reduce repeated entry and reporting friction.

HOW ENGAGEMENTS BEGIN

A priority.
A defined route.

Start with the deadline, the records, and the people who approve the work. You receive a first-month scope with one priority deliverable, required inputs, and a plan for the next 90 days.

Praxis Strategy Group Inc. can provide a W-9 and $1 million general liability insurance information for vendor review. We agree required registrations, endorsements, and contract terms before accepting an award. Procurement, sole-source eligibility, and subcontracting follow your agency’s rules.

CAPACITY, AGREED

A scope for now.
A rhythm for what follows.

01

Advisory

Your team can execute; you need a senior thought partner and review.

  • Scheduled strategy and decision reviews

First monthDiagnostic, one reviewed priority deliverable, and a 90-day plan.

02

Delivery

You need a defined workstream carried from draft to completion.

  • An agreed monthly deliverable queue
  • Drafting, building, or reporting capacity
  • A regular review and handoff meeting

First monthDiagnostic, one completed priority deliverable, and a sequenced backlog.

03

Embedded

Several connected responsibilities need ongoing coordination.

  • Reserved fractional capacity across agreed workstreams
  • Coordination with staff and external reviewers
  • A shared calendar, reporting rhythm, and roadmap

First monthAn operating map, one urgent deliverable, and the first 90 days of coordinated work.

Questions we are usually asked

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions you
may be weighing.

Do you work with organizations our size?

We scope work around the number of programs and awards, record condition, deadlines, and decision capacity. The practice serves organizations at different stages; annual budget alone does not determine readiness or fit.

Do you charge a percentage of the grant?

No. You receive a scope and fee tied to the work and agreed capacity. We do not guarantee funding, charge commission, or take a percentage of an award.

Can you support our finance director rather than replace them?

Yes. A retainer can carry a grant-reporting queue, allocation schedules, reconciliations, or board materials under your finance lead’s review. Responsibilities and approval boundaries are explicit.

Can you support 501(c)(3) advocacy?

We can research, draft, organize, and facilitate within your authorized scope. Your counsel or compliance lead reviews lobbying limits, disclosures, and tax-related questions before regulated activity begins.

Can an international nonprofit work with Praxis?

Yes, for a remote scope with agreed hours and local requirements. U.S. federal finance guidance is not treated as a worldwide standard. Country-specific tax, legal, and procurement advice stays with qualified local advisers.

Where should we start?

Use the readiness assessment or build a sample first-month scope. Then share your priority and timing. We can propose a diagnostic, one deliverable, and the next 90 days without asking you to commit to every service.

Before the next application.

Score your case, capacity, and reporting readiness in four minutes. No email required.
