Praxis Strategy Group Inc. can provide a W-9 and $1 million general liability insurance information for vendor review. We agree required registrations, endorsements, and contract terms before accepting an award. Procurement, sole-source eligibility, and subcontracting follow your agency’s rules.

Praxis does not currently have an active SAM.gov registration. Any required entity ID or registration is resolved for the specific opportunity before award.

Will you work with our IT department?

Yes. Your IT team sets its access, architecture, security, and change-control requirements. We translate program needs into tickets, field definitions, routing rules, and test cases that fit that process.

How do you handle security and data?

We define data boundaries and access roles before development. Credentials stay in approved secret stores; releases include review and rollback plans. Deep production and security work requires a qualified specialist. Please do not send sensitive records through this website.

What does hosting cost?

You receive the expected hosting, software, and maintenance costs with the scope. We compare existing tools with a new build and flag paid tiers, usage-based charges, and vendor dependencies before you commit.

What happens after launch?

A maintenance retainer can cover issue triage, updates, backups, small enhancements, and a prioritized roadmap. Response targets and support hours are written down. A one-time delivery includes the agreed handover without implying ongoing support.

Can you extend something another developer built?

First comes a code, access, dependency, and data review. You receive a short findings list and an estimate for the next bounded change. An unsupported stack or security-critical issue may require a specialist before we can take responsibility.

Can you use our existing tools?

Often. A well-designed Airtable workflow, Salesforce process, or Microsoft 365 integration may solve the problem without another application. We compare usability, permissions, reporting, lifetime cost, and ownership before recommending a stack.
