SERVICES

Operations & program strategy
Turn plans into practice.

Move from a funded plan to a workplan people can run. Define the responsibilities, agreements, meeting rhythm, and measures behind delivery.

For executive directors, program directors, COOs, and county managers implementing work across teams.

A GOOD FIT

For the work
in front of you.

  • A funded program moving from design into delivery.
  • Partners who need defined responsibilities, measures, and handoffs.
  • An executive team with a strategy that needs an operating rhythm.

WHEN ANOTHER ROUTE IS NEEDED

Define the boundary early.

  • Legal opinions or contracts presented as counsel-approved before review.
  • A plan without an accountable client decision-maker.
  • Regulated engineering or clinical program delivery outside the agreed scope.

THE WORK, IN DETAIL

What your team
can put to work.

Capacity and pricing
YOUR FIRST STEP

An owned implementation workplan

HOW IT RUNS

A diagnostic, one priority deliverable, then an agreed monthly rhythm.

HOW IT IS PRICED

Quoted for your scope, capacity, and review requirements.

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITY

Clear boundaries.
Stronger collaboration.

Praxis prepares drafts and coordinates decisions alongside your leadership, procurement team, and counsel. Legal interpretation and contract approval stay with authorized reviewers. Your managers retain staffing and program decisions.

CAPACITY, AGREED

A scope for now.
A rhythm for what follows.

01

Advisory

Your team can execute; you need a senior thought partner and review.

  • Scheduled strategy and decision reviews
  • Feedback on priority drafts and budgets
  • An updated action and risk list

First monthDiagnostic, one reviewed priority deliverable, and a 90-day plan.

02

Delivery

You need a defined workstream carried from draft to completion.

  • An agreed monthly deliverable queue
  • Drafting, building, or reporting capacity
  • A regular review and handoff meeting

First monthDiagnostic, one completed priority deliverable, and a sequenced backlog.

03

Embedded

Several connected responsibilities need ongoing coordination.

  • Reserved fractional capacity across agreed workstreams
  • Coordination with staff and external reviewers
  • A shared calendar, reporting rhythm, and roadmap

First monthAn operating map, one urgent deliverable, and the first 90 days of coordinated work.

Fees are quoted against the scope, capacity, and review requirements. We do not work on commission or contingency. Software subscriptions, specialist services, and travel are identified separately before you commit.

Questions we are usually asked

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Questions you
may be weighing.

Can you help after the strategic plan is written?

Yes. We turn the approved priorities into owners, milestones, resources, measures, and a review calendar. The first deliverable is usually a workplan your managers can use immediately.

Do you draft MOUs and board orders?

We prepare drafts, exhibits, scopes, and supporting materials and coordinate the approval workflow. Your counsel and authorized government or organizational reviewers provide legal review and final approval.

Can you facilitate a retreat or public meeting?

Yes. We agree the purpose, participants, access needs, decision process, and follow-up before the session. You receive the materials, documented decisions, and a next-step workplan.

How will this fit with our team?

The scope names a client lead, review owners, meetings, and capacity. We can run a defined workstream or support your existing project manager without creating a parallel decision structure.

Can you work across government and nonprofit partners?

That is a core part of the experience. We map different approval chains, reporting obligations, and operating constraints so agreements and handoffs reflect how each partner actually works.

What happens after the first month?

You receive an implementation sequence and a recommendation for the next 90 days. Continuing support can cover coordination, reporting, facilitation, and changes within an agreed monthly capacity.

THE NEXT STEP

Turn the plan into a Monday-morning workplan.
