Complex proposal developmentStrong work has value before an award.

Developed an approved-but-unfunded $2.5M CDC youth sexual-health clinic proposal. Prepared a $250K Stanford Health Care proposal with a balanced budget, fund controls, and a participant survey. These proposals are not counted as funded awards.

Strategy and leadershipFrom a plan to everyday practice.

Contributed to planning for reentry, community-development, and youth-serving organizations. Supported institutional and individual giving, donor stewardship, revenue planning, and fundraising communications.

Community and youthA career grounded in people.

At Youth ALIVE!, trained 50 youth leaders annually and increased program enrollment by 200%. Also served as consulting Program Manager of the OK Program of Oakland (2021–2023), supporting mentoring, police-youth dialogue, community events, and joint programming. Earlier work includes policy and communications, nonprofit board service, and grassroots fundraising.
