Reporting readiness
This is a self-reported planning diagnostic, not an audit, compliance certification, eligibility decision, or prediction of funding. “Not yet” and “unsure” both identify items to verify. No score is sent unless you choose to share it.
How the score works
Each answer earns 0–3 points. Each dimension is its earned points divided by its possible points, expressed as a percentage. The overall score is the rounded average of the three dimension percentages. Budget size, location, and organization type do not affect the score.

Lower than 40: establish the foundations. 40–74: strengthen the gaps. 75–100: maintain and verify against the specific opportunity. How your information is handled →
Shape a first month Choose up to three priorities
BUILD YOUR FIRST MONTH
Start with
one priority.
Select up to three areas. Choose the primary deliverable; the other priorities shape discovery and the next 90 days.
One diagnostic. One deliverable. A direction.
01 / Diagnose
Review the current work, records, responsibilities, and deadlines.
02 / Deliver
Complete one agreed priority, such as an award register, a proposal plan, or a workflow requirements brief.
03 / Sequence
Set the next 90 days of work, with owners, dependencies, and review points.
Illustrative scope, not a quote or delivery commitment. One primary deliverable is selected; other priorities inform the diagnostic and 90-day plan. Capacity, access, and specialist needs are agreed before work begins.
