Grant readiness assessment Four minutes · no email required

BEFORE THE NEXT APPLICATION

Know where
you stand.

Eight questions. A score across case, capacity, and compliance. Identify what to strengthen before your next application.

No email required to see your results. About four minutes.

Size and organization type provide context only. They do not affect your score.

01 / Your case for supportHow clearly can you explain the need and the program’s response?
02 / Evidence of progressHow do you describe and track what the program changes?
03 / A costed delivery planHow well does your program budget connect to its activities?
04 / People and ownershipHow are delivery and proposal responsibilities assigned?
05 / Financial recordsHow readily can you trace spending to a program or award?
06 / Deadlines and obligationsHow do you manage application, reporting, and renewal requirements?
07 / Approvals and eligibilityHow do you document eligibility, approvals, and spending controls?
08 / Delivery readinessHow ready are the staff, partners, and systems to carry the work?

How the score works

Each answer earns 0–3 points. Each dimension is its earned points divided by its possible points, expressed as a percentage. The overall score is the rounded average of the three dimension percentages. Budget size, location, and organization type do not affect the score.

This is a self-reported planning diagnostic, not an audit, compliance certification, eligibility decision, or prediction of funding. “Not yet” and “unsure” both identify items to verify. No score is sent unless you choose to share it.

Lower than 40: establish the foundations. 40–74: strengthen the gaps. 75–100: maintain and verify against the specific opportunity. How your information is handled →

PRAXIS STRATEGY GROUPSAMPLE FIRST MONTH

One diagnostic. One deliverable. A direction.

01 / Diagnose

Review the current work, records, responsibilities, and deadlines.

02 / Deliver

Complete one agreed priority, such as an award register, a proposal plan, or a workflow requirements brief.

03 / Sequence

Set the next 90 days of work, with owners, dependencies, and review points.

Illustrative scope, not a quote or delivery commitment. One primary deliverable is selected; other priorities inform the diagnostic and 90-day plan. Capacity, access, and specialist needs are agreed before work begins.

For public agencies Contracting and documentation

Praxis Strategy Group Inc. can provide a W-9 and $1 million general liability insurance information for vendor review. We agree required registrations, endorsements, and contract terms before accepting an award. Procurement, sole-source eligibility, and subcontracting follow your agency’s rules.
