Sources and evidence
Each letter records the date its sources were checked and distinguishes a proposal from an enacted rule, an estimate from an observed result and an association from a causal finding.
Analysis and uncertainty
The connecting argument is Hisham’s analysis. Each letter separates established facts, interpretation and conditional scenarios. It explains relevant counterevidence and what would change the conclusion. No forecast is presented as certain.
Figures and calculations
Photographs are illustrative. Unless a caption says otherwise, they do not show the places, programs or recipients discussed.
Charts are generated from cited data or a clearly labeled illustrative model. Notes explain units, dates, calculations and limitations. Illustrative calculations and decorative figures are labeled as such and never presented as evidence.
Human responsibility and AI
AI tools may assist with research organization, draft development, calculations and visuals. Hisham reviews the sources, argument and final wording before publication and is responsible for the work. AI output is not a source.
Independence and conflicts
The publication is nonpartisan. It does not speak for any client or organization Hisham works with. Relevant professional relationships will be disclosed. Confidential client and organizational information is excluded.
